PRINCIPAL:
Jennifer
J. DiGregorio graduated
Summa Cum Laude from Springfield College and from Northeastern
University School of Law in 1992. She began her
legal career as an associate for Atwood and Cherny, PC, a domestic
relations boutique in Boston’s Back Bay, before working as a staff attorney
and later as managing attorney for Legal Services for Cape Cod & Islands,
Inc. in Hyannis and Plymouth. Jennifer returned to private practice in
1997, first as a solo practitioner then as a founding partner of Caparell & DiGregorio’s
Family Law Group where she practiced from 1998 to 2006. She started her
own firm in the summer of 2006. Jennifer has presented seminars on family
law issues for many local agencies, including the Plymouth County District
Attorney’s Office, South Shore Women’s Center, and South
Shore Housing Authority. She also has served on educational panels
for the Plymouth County Bar Association. Jennifer is past president
of the
Plymouth District Bar Association and a past member of the Board of
Directors for the Cape Cod Center for Women, Inc., in Falmouth. She
is trained
in collaborative law as well as mediation. Jennifer serves as guardian
ad litem and as parent coordinator, most recently handling many cases
involving requests to remove children from Massachusetts.

OF COUNSEL:
Katherine C. Rossmoore attended
Brandeis University, University of Sussex in Brighton, England, and University
of Massachusetts- Amherst. She is a graduate of and earned her Juris
Doctor, cum laude, from the American University
Washington
College
of
Law in
1986.
Admitted
to the Massachusetts Bar in 1986, Katherine served as an associate
with Terry, Dunning and Terry in Mashpee from 1987 to 1988 where she
specialized
in Domestic Relations and Civil Litigation. Between 1988 and 1991,
Katherine practiced as an associate with the Law Office of Daniel Blackmon,
expanding
her expertise to include both civil and criminal matter as well as
family law. For over ten years, Katherine later maintained a solo practice
in
both Buzzards Bay and Plymouth where she focused on criminal defense
and appeals, employment law and domestic relations. Katherine also
is admitted to practice in Federal Court for the District of Massachusetts
and is Superior Court certified for criminal appointments in both Barnstable
and Plymouth Counties. In 2004-2005, Katherine performed pro bono advocacy
for the parents of children with disabilities in public schools. She
is trained in collaborative law as well as in mediation. Katherine
was of counsel to Caparell & DiGregorio,
LLP, from 2005 to 2006 before becoming of counsel to our current practice
in August
of
2006.
She
also serves on the Marshfield Public Television’s Board of Directors.

OF COUNSEL:
Michelle F. Rosenberg is
a graduate of Bryant College and New England School of Law. Following
her admission to the Massachusetts Bar in December of 1983, Michelle
began her legal career at Miles & Murray, P.C., a small, general
practice firm located in Taunton, Massachusetts. Michelle began concentrating
her practice in the area of Family Law/Domestic Relations in 1987
when she accepted a position at the Hingham firm of Van Tine & Van
Tine, P.C., which, in 1989, merged with Burns & Levinson LLP,
a large to mid-sized Boston based firm. Michelle remained with the
Probate
and Family Law Department at Burns & Levinson until 2003. Over
the course of her legal career, Michelle has also authored articles
and publications on various topics for Massachusetts Continuing Legal
Education, Massachusetts Association of Guardians Ad Litem, and Lawyers
Cooperative Publishing. . She
is trained in collaborative law as well as in mediation. Michelle
was of counsel to Caparell & DiGregorio, LLP, from 2005 to 2006 before
becoming of counsel to our current practice in August of 2006.

PARALEGALS:
Debra J. Fuss is a graduate of Endicott College
and attended Northeastern University. She began her legal secretarial
career in 2000 at the Plymouth
firm of Triffletti & Costa, P.C. focusing mainly on real estate law.
In 2004, she started at Caparell & DiGregorio, LLP developing her
work in the field of domestic relations as a legal secretary. Debra has
continued to assist us at our current practice since 2006 as a paralegal;
she is an invaluable part of our team, focusing on client contact, court
and office scheduling, preparation of documents, review of discovery,
and technical support during contested hearings and trials. Debra also
is responsible for our office billing.
Kelly J. Pink is
a graduate of Burdett Business School. In 1993, she began her legal
secretarial career at Driscoll and Gibson, a personal
injury firm in
Marshfield and later worked for several other local businesses as both
an executive secretary and as an office manager.
Kelly also assists her parents with
their family business, “Celebration of Needlework.” Joining
our team in the fall of 2007, Kelly brings enthusiasm and sensitivity
to her position. Like Debra, she is a key part of our staff, focusing
on client contact, court and office scheduling, preparation of documents,
and technical support for our three attorneys.
